KEY VENTURE ADVISORY LLP

Our office, Key Venture Advisory, is located in the Express Zone building in Malad East. We are in the B Wing, specifically at F097. It’s right on the Western Express Highway and near Patel Vanika. If you’ve ever driven past that way, you know how busy it can get. The building is pretty large, and it takes a little while to walk from the entrance to our wing. We’ve been set up here for a while. It’s a functional space where we spend most of our time advising clients and looking over various projects. We don't have a lot of fancy decor. Most of our wall space is taken up by calendars and notes we’ve pinned up. It’s a working office, so it’s rarely perfectly tidy. There’s usually a stack of mail on the desk and some old folders that need to go to storage. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who have been working together for some time. We like the Malad area because it feels energetic. Getting here can be a struggle during the morning rush, but we manage. We aren't into big marketing slogans or trying to sound like a giant firm. We just do our thing and try to be helpful to the folks who come in. It’s a plain, honest office where we put in the hours every day.
