We started KDS Projects & Planners LLP here in Borivali East a while back. Our office is tucked away in Sutlej CHS, right in the Green View Complex. It’s pretty close to the ST Depot in Nancy Colony, which makes it easy for the guys to commute or for someone to drop by if they are in the area. Most days we are just buried under blueprints or out looking at site progress. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks and a lot of coffee cups. We handle project planning and general management for different types of builds. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the drawings right and making sure the schedules actually work out for once. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and vendors. We have been in Mumbai for a long time, so we know how things move around here. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. If you have ever walked past Nancy Colony, you probably know where the building is. We do not do much advertising, just word of mouth usually. The weather in Mumbai can be a real pain for site visits, especially in July, but we manage to stay on top of the list of things to do. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It is a small team and we all know each other well.
