Kavok Llp

Our spot is in Santacruz East, specifically at Tejkamal Building on 12th Road. We are up on the second floor in Flat No 8. Kavok Llp has been here for a bit now. Santacruz is always moving, and 12th Road can get pretty cramped with cars and bikes parked everywhere. The building is one of those classic structures you see in this part of Mumbai. We don't have a lot of room, but we make it work with the furniture we have. There are four of us usually in the office, and it gets a bit tight when we have guests over. We use the second floor because it’s high enough to get away from the street noise but low enough that the stairs aren't too bad when the lift is busy. The neighborhood has everything from small hardware shops to little cafes. We usually grab tea from the stall at the corner. It's not a corporate lifestyle here at all. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, and the building gets very quiet then. It feels like a very typical Santacruz small business setup. We know the security guard and the other people who work in the building. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of workspace for us. We have our routine and we keep at it.
