Karpur Builders Llp has its office right across from Chetana College in Bandra East. We are in the HQ Building on S. D. Mandir Road, specifically in unit 101. Being near a college means there are always students hanging around, which gives the street a lot of life. The 400051 area of Bandra is pretty central, so it’s easy for us to get around to different sites. Our office in the HQ Building is on the first floor. It is a pretty standard commercial building, nothing too flashy or over the top. We have our desks set up and a few chairs for visitors. It is a working office, so you will usually find piles of blueprints and stacks of files lying around. We don't spend much time worrying about the interior design. As long as we have a place to work and a good internet connection, we are happy. The traffic on S. D. Mandir Road can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but that is just life in Mumbai. We have grown used to the sounds of the city coming through the windows. It is a honest place to work. We are just a team of people trying to build things and we use this office as our home base. It is simple, functional, and it gets the job done for us. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and our project notes.
