Our office is located in one of the busier spots in Mumbai, over at Bandra Kurla Complex. We are in The Capital building on the ninth floor, Unit 904. It’s in the G Block, B Wing. Being in BKC means we are surrounded by a lot of big banks and huge corporations, but KARMVIR SARASWATI DEVELOPERS LLP is a lot more down-to-earth than our neighbors. We focus on developing residential and commercial spaces. Our office is modern enough, but it’s definitely a workspace first. There are always blueprints spread out on the main table and someone is usually on the phone with a site manager. Working in Bandra East gives us a good central point to reach our different projects around the city. We don't really go in for the whole corporate image thing. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are built well. It’s a lot of long hours and checking on tiny details that most people wouldn't notice. The elevator ride up to the ninth floor is often the only quiet part of the day. Once we’re in the office, it’s all about schedules and material costs. We’ve got a small group of dedicated people here who have been doing this for a long time. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just try to get the job done without too much fuss. It’s a lot of hard work, but we like seeing a project go from a drawing to a real building.
