Karan Texchem Llp is based out of room 203 in the Keytuo Industrial Estate. You’ll find us on Kondavitta Village Road, which is right in the heart of Andheri East. This part of town is always buzzing with activity. There are factories and offices everywhere you look. Our place in the industrial estate is pretty basic. We’ve got our office equipment and a small area for storing samples. We deal with chemicals and textiles, so there’s often a bit of a specific smell in the air around here, but you get used to it quickly. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team with scripted lines. It’s usually just a couple of us answering the phones and keeping track of the orders. The road outside can get pretty congested with delivery vans, so we’ve learned to plan our day around the traffic. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the other business owners on our floor. It’s a good community of people just trying to make a living. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or latest gadgets unless we absolutely need them. We prefer to put our energy into making sure our clients get what they asked for. It’s a simple way of working, but it has served us well so far. We just keep doing what we know best and stay busy with the work that comes through our door every day.
