Kagad Udyog Private Limited is based out of Ballard Estate. It's an old part of Mumbai with a lot of history in the buildings. We are on the ground floor of Kamani Chambers, specifically unit 32. Ramji Kamani Marg is the street to look for. The building has that classic look you see around this area. It's quite a change from the newer parts of the city. We spend our days here handling the usual business stuff. The office is functional and gets the job done. It’s not a very big place, but it works for what we need. People often come by this neighborhood for various reasons since it’s such a central spot. Being on the ground floor makes things a bit easier for when deliveries come or if someone stops by. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of Ballard Estate. It gets quiet in the evenings compared to the daytime rush. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. It’s just us working through our list of things to do. Sometimes the old wiring or the plumbing acts up, but that’s just how it goes with these older buildings. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized. If you're ever near the port or the courts, you're not too far from our door. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but it is home.
