K Aarka Construction LLP sits up on the seventh floor of Platinum Arcade. The office number is 702, so you have to take the lift all the way up. We are located at 96/98 J.S.S. Road in the Girgaon area. Being in Charni Road East means there is always something happening outside. You can hear the city humming even from seven floors up. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it isn't too bad if the weather is nice. The office is usually filled with papers and the sound of keyboards. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it is usually just one of us answering the door if we aren't too busy. The space at Platinum Arcade is alright, though the hallways can be a bit narrow when everyone is leaving at once. We spend our hours here going through project details and talking to contractors. Girgaon has a specific feel to it, and we are right in the middle of that energy. Sometimes we look out the window at the traffic on J.S.S. Road and wonder how it gets so crowded. It is a practical office for a practical business. We are just a group of people trying to build things and stay organized. No one here is trying to be a big shot. We just want to get the jobs finished and go home to our families at the end of the day.
