Turner Road is one of those spots in Bandra where things never really stop moving. We’re tucked into the Nar Narayan building at Plot 36B, right there near Tava Restaurant, which usually smells pretty good around lunchtime. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know the parking is always a headache and the sidewalks are always full. We’ve been operating out of this space for a while now, focusing on gems and the usual day-to-day office work that comes with it. It’s a local spot, nothing too flashy on the outside. The building itself has that typical Mumbai feel, a bit older but solid. Most days, it’s just us inside, sorting through things and dealing with the paperwork that piles up on the desks. We see the same people walking by every morning, the regulars heading to work or grabbing a bite nearby. It’s a practical setup for us because everything we need is within walking distance. Bandra West has changed a lot over the years, but this corner feels familiar. We don’t have a big lobby or a team of receptionists. It’s just a straightforward workspace where the work gets done between tea breaks and phone calls. Being near TPS III means we are right in the thick of things. It gets noisy with the honking from the street, but you get used to that after a week or two of working here. It’s not about being fancy, it is just about having a place to do the job.
