You can find Jcv Cafe Llp at Godown No.78/A. We are on the ground floor of Dinaz Mantion on Tribhuvan Marg. It’s right near Dreamland Cinema, so it’s a pretty famous part of the city. Being in a godown space means we have plenty of room, but it’s definitely not a luxury office. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside and people heading to the cinema. We spend our time managing the cafe operations from this base. The walls are a bit scuffed and the lighting could be better, but it’s our space. Tribhuvan Marg is always crowded, so getting stuff in and out takes some patience. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. It’s just a group of us who enjoy the food business. We don't use any big words or corporate talk. We just talk about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we grab a tea from the stall nearby and sit on the steps. It’s a very local way of doing things. The building, Dinaz Mantion, has a lot of history to it. You can feel that when you walk in. We’ve got our equipment and our stock all lined up. It’s a practical setup for what we do. No bells or whistles, just a ground-floor unit where we put in the hours and hope for the best. The Mumbai weather keeps us on our toes.
