We are Jaimadee Developers Llp, based in Chembur on 19th Road. Our office is in the Shiv Ashish Building, room 301, on the third floor. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to the busier parts of Mumbai, which helps when we need to focus on our development projects. Chembur has changed a lot over the years, and being part of that change is interesting for us. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are a smaller group that likes to keep things simple and direct. Most of our time goes into managing sites and making sure the construction work is moving along as it should. We deal with a lot of local people and families who are looking for a place to call home. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or window frames, but that’s just the nature of the business. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually talking about the latest property news or just what’s going on in the city. It’s a lot of coordination between engineers and laborers. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy pitches. We just show up every morning, open the office, and get to work on whatever is on the desk. Being located at Plot 10 makes us easy to find if anyone is in the area. It's just us doing our bit to build something useful in this corner of the world.
