Jafferi'S Resto Llp is located in Kurla West. Specifically, we are at C4/1153 in the Kohinoor City 'A' Co-operative Housing Society. It is on Kirol Road, just off the LBS Marg. If you have ever been to Kurla, you know the LBS Marg is always packed with vehicles and people. Our spot is tucked away a bit from the main chaos of the road. It’s part of the Kohinoor City complex, which is a mix of residential and some commercial spots. We run the resto operations from here. It’s a small space where we manage the kitchen and the staff. We don't have any big neon signs or a fancy entrance. It’s more of a functional place where the cooking and the cleaning happen. The building is relatively new compared to some others in Kurla, so the stairs and hallways are okay. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on the inventory. Sometimes the water pressure is a bit low, or the electricity goes out for a minute, but we just deal with it. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. The people who work here are mostly from the surrounding neighborhoods. We know the local shops and the guys who deliver our goods. It is just a regular life in a busy part of the city. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day. Working in Kurla means there is never a dull moment or a quiet street.
