We operate Jackstien Practices And Consulting International Llp out of the Sunita building in Cuffe Parade. Our space is 3/16. It’s a quiet residential and commercial mix area, which is a bit of a relief from the heavier traffic parts of the city. Cuffe Parade has its own vibe, very established and a bit more relaxed than the markets. Sunita is one of those buildings that has seen a lot over the years. We’ve set up our consulting practice here because it’s a central enough spot for us to get things done without too much distraction. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have our desks, some shelves for files, and the usual stuff you’d expect. It’s not about having a flashy entrance or anything like that. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the sea breeze reaches us, which is one of the perks of being in this part of South Mumbai. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people; we’re a smaller group of professionals who appreciate a steady place to work. The building is well-maintained and the security guys know us by name. It’s a comfortable environment for a consulting firm. We’ve found that being in a place like Sunita allows us to keep our heads down and stay productive. It’s a good home for Jackstien, right here in the middle of a very classic Mumbai neighborhood. We just do our thing and try to keep the paperwork moving without any fuss.
