J And J Consultants Llp is based in the Kaledonia building on Sahar Road in Andheri East. We are in the A wing on the sixth floor. Being near the airport means there is always something going on around here, and the area stays busy pretty much all day and night. Our office is a standard workspace where we handle various consulting projects. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we’ve grown to like the energy of the place. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a small pantry where we make our own tea. The work we do is pretty steady. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping people with their business needs and making sure the paperwork is in order. We have a mix of younger staff and some who have been here since the start. It makes for some interesting lunch conversations. We don't really have a formal dress code unless we have visitors, so it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. The Sahar Road traffic is something we deal with daily, but that’s just part of being in this section of Mumbai. We focus on getting through our tasks and making sure we don’t miss any deadlines. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to spend the workday and keep things moving.
