Our office is tucked away near the Andheri Flyover Bridge. If you know Subhash Road, we're right across from Haria Centre at Plot 12. Vile Parle East is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. Various building projects around Mumbai have kept us busy for a while now. It’s mostly construction management and making sure sites have what they need. The team is small, just a few of us handling the paperwork and the site visits. Time is spent on the phone or out at the plots. It gets pretty noisy being so close to the flyover, but you get used to it after a week or so. Big fancy presentations aren't our thing. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our boards at a site. Staying on top of the local regulations and getting the bricks laid is the daily grind. There’s always something going wrong with a delivery or a permit, so that keeps us on our toes. We've got a decent setup here in Vile Parle. It’s convenient for getting to other parts of the city when we need to check on a building. Our projects keep moving, and we try to deal with the chaos of the city as best as we can. It's not always easy, but we've been at it long enough to know the routine. Most days are just about solving one problem so we can start the next.
