INTERSTELLAR PROPERTIES LLP

We are based on the 5th floor of Aurum Platz, units 14 and 15, over on K M Munshi Marg. It’s right near Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan in the Grant Road area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. INTERSTELLAR PROPERTIES LLP is the name we use, though we’re just a small group of people working out of these two office spaces. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, but it’s still right in the middle of everything. We handle a lot of property work around Grant Road and the nearby neighborhoods. Most of our day is spent dealing with the paperwork that comes with buying or renting spaces in an area as old and crowded as this. We have a couple of rooms filled with desks and maps of the local plots. It’s not a flashy setup with glass walls and modern art. It’s just where we get our work done. We see people from all walks of life coming through our doors, looking for anything from a small shop space to a family apartment. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find us because they’re already in the area and need some help with the local real estate. We just try to give them the facts and help them get through the process without too much trouble. It takes a lot of time to sort through the details, but that's just how it is.
