You can find Inno-Corp Partners LLP at 503 Prabhu Kutir, which is located on Altamount Road in the Cumbala Hill area of Mumbai. Even though Altamount Road is known for being a bit of a famous spot, our office is just a regular place where we get our work done. We are on the fifth floor of the building, and it’s a pretty functional space for what we do. We spend most of our time acting as partners for different business ventures, which involves a lot of reading, researching, and sitting in on calls. It isn't always glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. The pace in this part of Mumbai is usually quite fast, so we have to stay on our toes to keep up. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that because we mostly work through word of mouth and long-standing relationships. Every morning starts with a look at the to-do list and a lot of coffee to get things moving. We try to keep things as straightforward as possible and avoid using too much business talk that doesn't really mean anything. It’s just us working out of Prabhu Kutir, trying to make sure our partners are happy and that the projects we are involved in are moving in the right direction. We enjoy the work and the challenge of being in such a busy city, but we keep our operations simple and practical.
