Our small office is located at Gala No 8 on the first floor of the Kuntal Modi Estate. If you know Mumbai, you know that L.B.S. Marg in Ghatkopar West is always crowded and noisy. Being right there means we are always in the middle of the chaos. The estate itself is an older building, so it does not have the shiny look of the new glass towers you see elsewhere. Infiniti Living Llp is run by just a handful of us. We spend our days going through project files and answering calls from people about property stuff. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of blueprints and records lying around. In the summer, it gets pretty hot, and our old fans do their best to keep us cool while we work. We are not a big company with hundreds of people. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of our neighbors in the other galas are also small business owners, so there is a nice sense of community in the building. We usually have our lunch together at our desks and talk about the latest news in the city. There is no marketing team here or anything like that. We just focus on the properties we manage and try to deal with the daily problems that come up with old buildings and city permits.
