Imk Buildcon Llp is located in the middle of all the action at Bandra Kurla Complex. Our office is C/62 in the Vibgyor Tower. Being on the 9th floor gives us a decent view of Bandra East. Mumbai is a busy place, and BKC is probably one of the busiest parts of it. We spend a lot of time in this tower. The elevators are usually quick, which is good because we are up and down a lot. Dealing with building projects in Mumbai City-400051 takes a lot of coordination. Our desks are usually piled with site maps and folders. It’s a functional space. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas you see in magazines. We just have chairs, tables, and computers. The air conditioning is always running because the Mumbai heat can get pretty intense, even up on the 9th floor. People come in and out for meetings or to drop off documents. It’s a professional but simple environment. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and you can see the lights of the city from the window. Vibgyor Tower is a big building, so it took us a while to get settled in, but now it feels like home. We’re just a team trying to keep things moving in the construction world without any fancy gimmicks or sales pitches. We just work here and do our best with the projects we have.
