Iaana Consultancy Services Llp is on the fourth floor of the Sun Industrial Estate. Our office number is 404. We are located on Sitaram Jadhavmarg within the Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel. This part of Mumbai is very industrious and always busy. The building itself is an old-style industrial estate with big heavy doors and a lift that has seen better days. Our office is a simple room where we have set up our workspace. It’s not a fancy corporate tower with glass walls. It’s a gritty, hardworking environment and that fits us perfectly. We have a view of the other industrial buildings and the busy streets of Lower Parel. Inside, we have our desks, some old chairs, and a lot of books and papers scattered around. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We are not interested in sounding like a huge multinational firm. We are just a local consultancy business making our way in the city. We spend our time working through our daily list of things to do. There is a lot of noise from the shops downstairs, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else in the compound. It’s an honest, simple way to work.
