Our office is tucked away in the Nand Ghanshyam Industrial Estate, right at Unit No 38. If you know the area in Andheri East, we’re basically right across from Sun Pharma, just off Mahakali Caves Road. HTL Consultancy Services Private Limited has been based here for some time now. It’s an industrial estate, so it’s got that busy, working-class feel to it which we actually quite like. It’s not some glass tower, just a solid place where we show up and do our consulting work every morning. We deal with a lot of different clients and the paperwork can pile up, but we stay on top of it. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though it gets crowded during the peak hours. Inside, it's just a few desks and some filing cabinets, nothing too flashy. We try to keep things simple and direct when we talk to people. There’s no need to make things more complicated than they already are. We’ve been part of this Mumbai neighborhood for a while and we know the local rhythm well. People know where to find us if they need help with their service requirements. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, in this little corner of the city.
