Tilak Road is a main stretch, so we get a lot of noise from the street, but it keeps things interesting. Prabhu Krupa is a nice enough building, nothing too over the top. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just walk in without having to wait for a lift. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now and we know the Ghatkopar vibe really well. It’s a busy place with a lot of shops and people going about their business. Inside, we have our basic setup for the real estate work we do. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of folders. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, handle the property queries, and try to keep things organized. Tilak Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. It’s a local business run by local people. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. That’s just how it is for us at Hs Alag. We've been at this a while and don't plan on moving.
