HOUSE OF D&M LLP

House of D&M LLP is located in Cedar Tower, unit 3502, right on M.G. Link Road in the Bhandup area. It’s a high-rise building, so the elevator ride takes a bit of time to get up to our floor, but we’ve got a good setup once you get here. The office is basically where we do all our planning and administrative work. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people; it’s just a small team of us who handle everything from start to finish. We don't have a glossy reception area or a coffee machine that does twenty different things. We just have our desks, our computers, and a lot of focus on the projects we have taken on. Bhandup is a busy hub, and being on the Link Road makes it easy for us to head out to different parts of the city when we need to visit sites. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the phones are always ringing at all hours. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk to get clients. We just explain things clearly and let them decide what they want to do. It’s a bit informal here, and we often have lunch together at our desks while discussing the day's problems or site issues. We don't follow a strict corporate script or have a dress code. If something goes wrong, we just sit down and fix it ourselves. We like the independence of running our own shop here in Bhandup and being accountable for the work.
