It isn't a modern glass office; it’s more of a traditional room with old-fashioned windows and high ceilings. We have our desks pushed against the walls to make as much space as possible. Grant Road is a very loud and energetic place to be. You can hear the vendors calling out and the traffic constantly moving. We find that the energy of the area actually helps us stay focused. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what is necessary for the job. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. There is no corporate talk here, just plain English and getting things done. We usually grab some snacks from the local stalls when we need a break. It's a very real, unfiltered environment.
