Our office for Home Touch Construction Llp is at C/404 Nityanand Amrutnityanad Nagarkopri Goan, over in Virar East. It’s a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. Virar is a busy place these days, and there’s always some new construction happening. We’re a small outfit, mostly just a few of us who have lived in this area for a long time. We know the local soil and how the weather affects the buildings here, which helps. We don’t have a flashy website or a big sign outside. Usually, people just know us from the neighborhood or they’ve seen our name on a project nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers, trying to get the best prices on cement and steel so we can keep things reasonable for the people we work for. It’s a lot of juggling, to be honest. Some days everything goes right, and other days the truck breaks down or the rain starts just as we’re pouring concrete. But that’s the life of a builder. We don’t try to act like we’re some big international corporation. We’re just local people who know how to build houses and fix things up. We like to keep it simple and straightforward. If you come by C/404, we’ll probably be in the middle of a meeting or looking at some plans, but we always have time to talk about a new job. We’re just here to do the work.
