Hmj Enterprises Llp is based in Worli, specifically on the 17th floor of the A Wing in Lady Ratan Tower. We’re tucked away on Dainik Shivneri Marg, just off Dr E Moses Road. It’s a pretty central spot, though the traffic around here can be a real headache in the evenings. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. It’s a typical Worli office space, nothing too crazy. We have a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. It’s not always the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We don’t really go in for fancy statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot on our plate. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going. Being on the 17th floor gives us a bit of a breeze if the windows are open, which is nice in the summer. Worli is a strange mix of high-end offices and old chawls, and our spot feels like it’s right in the middle of it all. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices. It’s just walls and doors and desks. We like it that way because it gives everyone a bit of peace. There’s no big philosophy behind what we do. We just take on the projects and try to be practical.
