Hj Talreja Llp is located at B/6 on the ground floor of the Manoj Industrial Estate. This is on G D Ambekar Marg in the Wadala area. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always a bit noisy with trucks and people moving things around. The ground floor location is handy because we don’t have to deal with elevators, but it does mean a bit more dust gets in from the road. Our unit, B/6, is a simple, no-nonsense space. We have some heavy-duty desks and plenty of storage for all the documents we have to keep. It’s not a place where you’ll find plush carpets or designer lighting. It’s more of a "get your hands dirty" kind of environment. The walls are a bit stained, and the floor is concrete, but it suits the kind of work we do here. There’s a small sink in the back and a desk where we keep the ledger and the phone. We get a lot of delivery drivers stopping by, and the neighbors are all other small businesses doing their own thing. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. We’ve been in Wadala for a while now and we like the convenience of the location, even if the traffic on Ambekar Marg is a mess most days. It’s just a place where real work happens without any pretension.
