Heramba Developers is located over in Vile Parle East. We are in the Highway Rose society on Dixit Road. It is a pretty well-known spot if you live around here. The office isn't anything special, just unit number 8, but it works for us. Vile Parle is always buzzing, especially with the airport nearby and all the traffic on the highway. We spend most of our time looking at plans and trying to get things approved. Development work around here is tricky because space is so tight. You are always working around existing houses and narrow streets. We know most of the people in the society and the surrounding area. It feels like a small town even though we are in the middle of Mumbai. We started this because we wanted to do something local. It is mostly just us and a few staff members handling the daily grind. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It's just about showing up every day and making sure the construction work is moving forward. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We just like being part of the Vile Parle community and doing our bit with the buildings here.
