Her Wish Culinary Services Llp is based in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai. We are up on the 6th floor of the Serenity Building, which is part of the A wing. It’s right near the Mhada Complex, just off the main Link Road. Being in this part of Mumbai means we are right in the middle of all the noise and energy of the city. The Link Road is always jammed with traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. Our space in Serenity is where all the cooking and planning happens. It’s a decent-sized area for our kitchen equipment and the small desk where we keep our accounts. We started this because we wanted to turn a hobby into something more regular. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of the time, we’re just in our aprons, dealing with the heat from the burners. It gets quite busy when we have several orders going out at once. We rely on the building’s lift a lot for moving our heavy containers up and down. Our staff members are mostly from the surrounding Mhada area, so they don't have far to travel. We don't spend time on social media or big ads. We just focus on the daily grind of prep work, cooking, and making sure everything is cleaned up properly at the end of the shift. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night.
