Heersai Buildcon Llp

Heersai Buildcon Llp is our little operation over in Sector 19D. We’ve got an office, number 1213, inside the Satra Properties building on Plot No 19. It’s a big building, so it took us a little while to get settled in when we first moved here. Being in a place like Satra Properties (India) Ltd means there are a lot of other businesses around, but we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on our construction projects. We aren't really the corporate types, even though we’re in a big office block. You’ll usually find us in jeans and boots, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The paperwork is just something we have to do so we can get back to the actual building part. We don't have any big slogans or polished speeches about what we do. We just take on builds and try to finish them without too much trouble. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush, but that’s just city life for you. We’ve been running this Llp for a bit now and we like the rhythm of it. It’s about being practical and getting the job done right. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just work hard every day and hope the weather stays clear so we can stay on schedule with our projects. It is just us working here.
