If you head over to Mahavirnagar in Kandivali West, you’ll find us in the Ekta Bhoomi Classique building. We’re on the second floor, B Wing, Room 205. It’s a pretty well-known spot, especially since Natural Ice Cream is right there on Tank Road. Sometimes the smell of the waffle cones drifts up while we’re trying to figure out construction schedules. We’ve been working out of this office for a while, and it’s a good location for us. Kandivali is always buzzing, and there’s always some renovation or new build happening nearby. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re a small LLP trying to make a mark in the local building scene. Our office is usually full of maps, site photos, and empty tea cups. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with architects and workers. It gets a bit loud sometimes with the traffic on Tank Road, but we’re used to it. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just focus on getting the projects finished so we can move to the next. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and keep moving. Most of our clients come from around this part of Mumbai, so keeping a good reputation in the neighborhood is pretty important to us. It’s just us, working hard in our corner of Kandivali.
