Guideline Homes Llp

Guideline Homes Llp is based at 545 Kalbadevi Road. We are on the ground floor of the Bharat Photo House building. This place is right near the Metro Cinema Junction, so it is very easy to find but very noisy. There is always the sound of buses and taxis outside. The building is quite old and has a lot of character. Being on the ground floor means we get a lot of dust from the street, so we have to wipe the desks every morning. Our office is simple. We have some wooden chairs and old metal cupboards for all the property documents. It is a bit dark inside because the building is tucked away, but we have good lights. We spend our days talking to people who want to find a new home. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It is just a room where we get things done. Sometimes the neighbors from the shops nearby come in to chat. It is that kind of neighborhood. We like being near the junction because it feels like we are in the middle of everything. The floor is a bit uneven in places, and the paint is peeling a little near the ceiling, but it doesn't bother us. We are real people doing real work. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just our phones and some notebooks. It is a straightforward way to run a business and we enjoy the location.
