Gruhamark Realty Llp is located up on the 11th floor of Antariksha CHS. You have to take the elevator up to 112 to find us. We are right there on Kakasaheb Gadgilmarg, near Saitan Chowky in Prabhadevi. Being high up gives us a bit of a view of the city, but we spend most of our time looking at floor plans and legal documents. The office isn't huge, but it fits everyone. We deal with real estate stuff every day. Prabhadevi is a busy part of town, so there's always something going on outside. Inside, it's just us working through the list of things to do. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we know the shortcuts and the local shops. It’s a practical setup. We don't have those fancy coffee machines or glass walls you see in movies. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to help other people find homes or offices. Gruhamark Realty Llp is a small group. We talk to neighbors and keep track of what’s happening on the street below. If you're near Saitan Chowky, you're close to us. We stay busy with the day-to-day tasks. Some days are longer than others, especially when the paperwork piles up. But that’s the job. We just keep at it from our spot in Antariksha CHS. There's usually someone around if you ring the bell at 112 during the morning. It's just a regular workplace.
