Our office is in Ballard Estate, specifically at Wakefield House. Griffins Consultants LLP is on the 2nd floor of Plot No. 11. Ballard Estate is one of those parts of Mumbai that feels different from the rest of the city with its wide roads and old stone buildings. It’s quite close to the New Custom House and SS Ramgulam Marg. The building has high ceilings and that old-fashioned feel that you don't find in the newer parts of town. We’ve set up our consultancy here because it’s a solid, quiet place to work compared to the rush of the suburbs. Flashy or modern office designs aren't something we go for. Our desks are older, the files are stacked up on the shelves, and we just focus on our daily consulting work. It’s a short walk from the station, which is nice in the mornings before the sun gets too hot. There’s a certain routine to our days here. We come in, have some coffee, and get straight to it. Big marketing speeches aren't something we give to anyone. We just provide advice and help our clients with their various needs. Sometimes we take a walk around the estate in the evening just to clear our heads before going home. It’s a good, honest place to work. We like the history of the area and the fact that it’s a bit more peaceful than most business hubs.
