We are located in Room No.1 of Omkar Singh Chawl, which is on Gaondevi Road in Poiser, Kandivali East. It’s near the Shivaji Maidan and just off the 90 Ft Rd. Gresspor Venture Llp is a small operation, and our office reflects that. It’s a simple room where we handle all our business matters. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of the community, and there is always noise and activity around us. Kids playing, people talking, and the general sounds of Kandivali East are part of our daily background. We don't have a fancy suite or a private elevator. It’s just a door you walk into from the street. Inside, we have our basic equipment and a few chairs for when someone visits. It’s a very honest way to work, and we don’t feel the need to pretend to be bigger than we are. The proximity to Shivaji Maidan is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the side streets of Poiser. We spend our time here managing our ventures and keeping track of our various projects. Sometimes it gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does the job. It’s a local business in every sense of the word. We know our neighbors and they know us. There is no corporate polish here, just regular people doing regular work in a space that fits our needs.
