GRAI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Grai Constructions LLP is over in Vile Parle East. We are in the Universal Paradise building, specifically in B 202 on Nanda Patkar Road. This is a pretty lively part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of noise from the street and people moving around. Our office is a decent enough place to work, though it can get a bit small when we have all our plans spread out on the table. Being in Vile Parle means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend our days coordinating with different teams and making sure the construction work is moving along as it should. It involves a lot of phone calls and a fair amount of stress, but that’s how it goes. The building, Universal Paradise, is easy to find, and we’ve been here for some time now. We aren't a big, polished firm; we are just a small team trying to get things done. Some of the guys are always out at the sites while a few of us stay back in B 202 to handle the office side of things. It’s a lot of mundane tasks like checking invoices and updating schedules. Sometimes the traffic on Nanda Patkar Road makes it hard to get anywhere quickly, but we’ve learned to plan around it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’re glad to be part of the local scene here in this neighborhood.
