We are situated on the 10th floor of The Summit Business Bay, in office 1015. Our building is right off the Andhri Kurla Road and very close to the SEH Metro Station. It is a very busy part of the city, which makes getting to work interesting every day. Gold Wind Realtors Llp is the name we use, but inside the office, we are just a team of people trying to make sense of the local real estate scene. Being on the 10th floor gives us a bit of a view of the metro line and all the traffic. We spend most of our time dealing with commercial and residential properties in this area. It is a lot of phone calls and a lot of meetings in the lobby or nearby cafes. We do not have a polished marketing pitch. We just look at what is available and try to match it with what people are asking for. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed even when things get busy. Andhri Kurla Road is always evolving, with new shops and offices opening up all the time. We just try to keep our records updated so we can give folks honest information. It is a straightforward job, and we like being right in the middle of all the action near the metro station.
