You can find us over at Dynamix House in Yashodham. It is right on General A. K. Vaidya Marg in Goregaon East. Being in Mumbai, we are used to the constant hum of the city. Goenka Family Developers is a family-run kind of setup, so things are pretty casual around the office. We do not go for the corporate vibe. We have our desks set up and everyone knows their job. Goregaon has changed a lot, and we have been right here watching it happen. Most of our work involves planning out new spaces and making sure the construction side stays on track. It can get pretty hectic when multiple things are happening at once. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours debating the best way to fix a drainage issue or a supply delay. We try to be practical about everything. If a project is going to take a year, we say it will take a year. There is no point in sugarcoating the reality of building in this city. The traffic on Vaidya Marg can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to it. We just put our heads down and get the work done. It is about building something that lasts, even if the process is a bit messy sometimes. We like it here in Goregaon. It is where our roots are and where we plan to stay for a long time.
