We are located in the Kamdhenu Shopping Centre, right on the 1st Cross Lane in Andheri. It’s a very busy part of the city. Our specific unit is No. 14, inside the Apna Ghar society part of the complex. If you’ve ever been to Andheri, you know how packed the shopping centres get, especially on the weekends. We’re up in 606, so it’s a bit of a trek up, but it gives us a little bit of distance from the noise of the street. The clinic is a compact space. We have a small waiting area that fills up quickly, and the rooms where we do the actual work are just big enough for the equipment and a couple of people. We spend a lot of time managing appointments on an old computer that takes forever to boot up. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We don't have a big corporate budget for advertising, so most of our visitors are people from the local neighborhood or folks who work in the other shops nearby. We keep our files in cabinets that are starting to rust a bit at the bottom, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical setup for an Andheri clinic. We spend our days talking to patients, cleaning the tools, and making sure the ledger is balanced at the end of the night. It's just a regular local business.
