Since we are in a residential building, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We have converted the flat into a workspace where we can focus on our projects. It’s a quiet neighborhood compared to the rest of Mumbai, which we really appreciate. There are lots of trees along the road and it’s a nice walk from the station if the weather is okay. Inside, we have a few rooms set up with desks and some old shelves for our books and papers. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, we just have the windows open to let in a breeze, though we have to close them when the crows get too loud. We make our own coffee in the kitchen and sometimes one of us brings in snacks to share. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us working out of an 8th-floor flat. We like the convenience of being in Matunga East because there are some great South Indian places nearby for lunch. It's just a simple, honest place to get work done without the usual corporate stress. We just sit together, work through our lists, and keep things moving forward.
