Our office is on the ground floor of the Green View building in Borivali West. It is right on Ram Mandir Road, just across from Pandit Chawl. If you know that area, you know how crowded it gets during the day. We are right in the middle of all that noise and activity. Being a small team, we handle everything from the initial plans to the final brick. We don't have a lot of polished marketing materials or a big sales team. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site drawings on a messy desk. Mumbai construction is a bit of a nightmare sometimes with all the rules and the traffic, but we manage to get through it. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to finish the projects we started. Sometimes the monsoon makes it impossible to work, so we just sit in the office and catch up on the endless paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth with the city officials and the suppliers. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. If you are passing by Borivali, you can see our sign, though it’s looking a bit old now. We are just local people doing construction work without any big fuss. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way.
