Our office, Gharkool Property Services And Consultancy Llp, is located in Bhandup. We are over at Ravi Swagat CHS, specifically in Flat No. B7 on the second floor. It is right on Bapusaheb Juvekar Marg. It’s a modest setup. We don’t have a giant staff or a high-tech call center. It is usually just two or three of us sitting around the desks. We deal with property consultancy and help people with their housing services. Bhandup is a busy place, and there are always people looking for advice on their flats or shops. We’ve lived in this neighborhood for a long time, so we know the local rules and the different societies quite well. We aren’t trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to help our clients get their paperwork sorted without too much of a headache. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the files, but we keep it organized in our own way. We don't use any fancy sales talk. If we can help, we say so, and if we can’t, we tell you that too. It’s a small, local operation. We like it that way because we get to know the people who come through our door. Most of our work comes from word of mouth anyway. We are just regular people working in the property business and trying to do a good job.
