GANGAI DEVELOPERS LLP

Gangai Developers LLP is located right in the heart of Girgaon, in the Phoenix Building on Dr D D Sathe Marg. We are on the third floor, at office number 4. If you know Prarthana Samaj, you know how crowded and lively this part of Mumbai can be. The building is an older one, Plot 457, and it has that classic South Mumbai feel to it. Working here means dealing with narrow streets and a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but it is a good place to be. We spend a lot of time in the office going over plans and talking to contractors. Since we are developers, there is always a lot of back-and-forth with the city authorities. It is not a smooth process most of the time, but we have learned how to handle the hurdles. Our space isn't very large, but it fits our desks and the stacks of blueprints we have lying around. Sometimes the chai wala from downstairs comes up twice a day because we need the break. We do not have a big marketing department or fancy brochures. We just work on our projects and try to make sure things move forward. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in meetings. It is a bit of a grind, especially in the summer heat, but we like being part of the Girgaon community. It feels like real Mumbai here, with everyone rushing around and things always changing.
