Fruity Dreams Llp

Our place, Fruity Dreams, is on the ground floor of Anand Niwas in Matunga. It’s a bit of an old-school building on RP Masani Road. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are always moving crates of fruit in and out. Matunga is a busy neighborhood so there’s always people walking by and the sound of traffic. We have a small space at 517/A where we keep our records and manage the daily deliveries. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s more like a workshop where we deal with the reality of fruit. Some days the smell of ripening fruit is really strong and other days it’s just the smell of cardboard boxes. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of what comes in. If a batch isn't good, it messes up the whole day. We deal with local vendors and sometimes directly with people who need bulk fruit for their own businesses. It’s a lot of lifting and shifting. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We just focus on getting the fruit from the markets to the customers while it’s still good. It’s a simple business and we like it that way.
