Fariya Estate Llp

Fariya Estate Llp is based right near the Juhu Circle in Vile Parle West. We are on the ground floor of Plot No. 27 in the Saurashtra Society. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Being in the JVPD Scheme area means we see a lot of traffic and people, which is just part of the deal when you work here. The office itself is pretty modest for being in such a well-known area. We’ve got the ground floor spot, which is handy because people can just wander in from the street. It’s a bit of an old building, but it has character. We don't have those fancy automatic doors or a marble lobby. It’s just a regular office with some chairs and a big table where we spread out all the documents. Working in Vile Parle, you have to be quick because things move fast here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running out to meet people at different sites around the suburb. It’s a lot of legwork. We know the local shortcuts and which buildings are having issues with their water or parking. It’s that kind of practical knowledge that keeps us going. We aren't a big flashy firm, just a small group of people working out of a ground floor room in a quiet society. It’s home for us during the day.
