Farci The Food Venture Llp

Our little food venture is situated on the 90 Feet Road in Bhandup Village East. We are right near the Jaishree Krishna housing society, so we get a lot of locals walking by every day. It’s a busy street with plenty of traffic and people selling things on the sidewalk. Inside, we are usually busy prepping ingredients or trying to figure out what to cook for the next few days. The kitchen isn't huge, but it gets the job done for us. We have a lot of plastic containers stacked up and the fridge is always full to the brim. The humidity in Bhandup can be quite something, so we try to keep the exhaust fans running as much as possible to keep the air moving. It is just a few of us here, and we all pitch in with everything from the heavy cooking to the cleaning up at night. We don't really have a big plan or a fancy office; we just wanted to start something involving food in our own neighborhood. Sometimes the stove acts up or the sink gets clogged, and we have to fix it ourselves because waiting for a plumber takes too long. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to keep everything organized, but we like the work. We just keep our heads down and focus on making the food every day.
