FAB BERATER LLP

Fab Berater LLP is based in Sumer Park, right on Seth Motisha Cross Lane. That is in the Mazgaon and Byculla area. It’s a quiet enough lane compared to the main roads around here. We are in unit 304/4. The building is one of those residential-cum-commercial types you see a lot in Mumbai. We’ve got a small office space that suits our needs just fine. We don't have any big signs or posters. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Most of us live not too far away, so the commute isn't too bad unless the trains are delayed. We handle our advisory work from here. It gets a bit crowded inside when everyone is in at the same time. There are some trees outside which is nice for a change in this city. We don't really do much in the way of networking or big events. We just stay at our desks and finish what needs finishing. Seth Motisha Cross Lane has some old charm left in it. You can find some good food nearby if you know where to look. We are just a group of people working together. Nothing more, nothing less. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. We keep things functional and don't worry too much about appearances. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and get through our pile of work every week.
