EXELLAR CONSTRUCTION LLP

We are located in the A1 tower of Hill Park CHS Ltd, which is at room 1301. Our office is on Capt Suresh Samant Marg, right near the Agawal Industrial Estate in Jogeshwari West. Being up on the 13th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is mostly industrial and residential buildings. Exellar Construction is a small firm, and we mostly focus on local building work here in Mumbai. The neighborhood around Jogeshwari is always humming with activity, and being near an industrial estate means there are always trucks and workers moving around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place with some desks and a lot of folders full of permits and site drawings. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure the materials arrive where they are supposed to go. Construction in this city is never easy, but we’ve been doing it for a while and we know our way around the local regulations. We don't use marketing tricks or try to sound bigger than we are. It is just a few of us working hard to make sure our projects are completed on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and other days we are out on a site until the sun goes down. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a solid job for every client.
