Esd & Associates Llp

Our office is over at 5A New Hari Niwas on Dattatray Road in Santacruz West. It’s a fairly busy street, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more peaceful. We are Esd & Associates Llp. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well. We do a lot of the standard associate work, like keeping records and helping with legal or business filings. The office is a bit old-fashioned. We still have some physical filing cabinets and a big table where we spread out all our papers. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in documents, but we usually manage to stay on top of it. We like the Santacruz area because it’s central and people can get to us without too much trouble. Usually, we start early and stay until the work is finished. There’s no dress code or anything like that here. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks. We don’t really go in for those polished marketing slogans. We just tell people what we do and then we do it. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon to take a break from the computer screens. It’s just a normal office with normal people trying to do a good job for their clients. We like it this way because it feels more personal and honest.
