If you are looking for Elemental Spaces & Infrastructure Developers LLP, we are over in Bandra West. Our office is in the B Wing of Uttam Niwas CHS Ltd, specifically room 402 on Plot 419. It’s right on 14th Road, which is a fairly busy part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, and the space works well for our small team. We mostly focus on development and infrastructure projects around the area. Bandra is a nice place to work, even if parking can be a real pain some days. The office is usually filled with papers, samples of materials, and coffee mugs. We don’t have a professional decorator or anything like that; it’s just a functional workspace. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local community. We spend our mornings checking in with site managers and our afternoons dealing with the legal and financial side of things. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we enjoy the pace. We aren't a huge corporation, just a dedicated group of people. Sometimes the building can be quiet, other times there’s work going on in other units. We like being on 14th Road because it’s easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and try to do a good job on every project we take on. It’s not about being the biggest company, just about doing the work right and staying busy.
